Bio-Energy - Wave Exercises 1

Preparation Position: Stand naturally, with your feet approximately shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent. Visualize the ocean waves: bluish-green waters, white waves moving in and out, inhale (waves in), exhale (waves out). Warm golden sun rays are above- a fresh, mild sea breeze flutters- everything is peaceful and silent.

Moving Waves: Use very slow movements. Relax from the knees and above. Concentrate on the middle area of your palms (energy centres). You might feel the sensations of heaviness, tingling, sticky, magnetizing, warm, etc.

Spreading Waves: Concentrate on your energy centres and index fingers. Breathing is coordinated with hand movements, inhale through the nose when your hands move from low to high or from outside toward the body. Exhale when moving in the opposite directions.

Swirling: Concentrate on the index fingers.

Pray within (channelling): Palms are not touching each other. You should feel as the though the palms are trying to attract each other, like magnets.

Shine on Head: Calm the brain waves. Promote concentration.
