Generally apply continuing pressure on both CO:4 points first, then combine other points wherever the pain is located. Assistant points can be used along without CO:4 if the headache is not severe. Apply a few sets of pressure, as needed to stop the pain.
Note: The assistant points are indicated with a "F*" as forehead points, "T*" for temple area points, "E*" for eye area points, "H*" for points at the top of the head, and "O*" for occipital area points. |
